BELOW PLEASE FIND THE MINI PAK’R RETURN POLICY AND PRODUCT WARRANTY. BY CHECKING THE BOX BELOW, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS.
MACHINE, ACCESSORIES AND CUSTOMER KIT RETURNS FOR ANY REASON WITHIN 7 DAYS
For MINI PAK’R machines, accessories and customer kits, we will accept product returns up to seven days after you purchase the machine as stated on your sales or delivery receipt (a copy of the receipt or other proof of purchase must be provided to us), regardless of reason. We will refund the original price plus tax (if applicable) minus a 15% restocking charge (original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded) if: (a) you comply with this return process and b) machines are undamaged and unused and accessories and customer kits are unopened and all are returned in their original packaging. FPI will be responsible for return shipping costs. Film and expendable or consumable parts for the MINI PAK’R, including injector blades, Teflon seal belts and tape and drive rollers, cannot be returned. You must pay your own shipping costs to return any product to us.
MINI PAK’R AIR CUSHION MACHINE, ACCESSORIES, AND CUSTOMER KITS LIMITED WARRANTY
The MINI PAK’R air cushion machine and accessories and customer kits are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date you purchased the product as stated on your sales or delivery receipt (a copy of the receipt or other proof of purchase must be provided to us). This warranty protects only the original end-user purchaser and is not transferable. FP Intl. will also replace any damaged or defective film shipment that you receive. At our option, we will repair or replace any damaged or defective part or product with a functionally equivalent new or factory-reconditioned part or product, which are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 90 days or the remainder of the original warranty, whichever is longer. To obtain warranty service, you must return the defective product to us at the address set forth below at your own expense and risk; we will return repaired or replacement product to you at our expense and reimburse you for your original shipping costs. All product return shipments should be sent to FP International, Inc., 16850 South Canal St., Thornton, IL 60475.
The product warranty does not apply to: (A) expendable or consumable parts such as injector blades, Teflon seal belts and tape and drive rollers; (B) normal wear and tear; (C) any machine with the serial number removed; or (D) any product that is damaged or defective due to (i) accident, misuse, contamination, improper maintenance or other external cause; (ii) software or other parts not supplied by us; or (iv) modification or service other than by us.
